Springfield, IL - Lincoln Land Community College has announced the following soccer awards for the 2012 season.  LLCC has eight different players named to the MWAC All-Conference and/or All-Region awards for 2012.  The Men’s Soccer team finished the season 14-7 and 4-1 in the conference.

The Mid-West Athletic All-Conference (MWAC) First Team:                Filip Pavisic, freshman    
 
NJCAA Region 24 Division I First Team:
               Filip Pavisic, freshman – Defender
               Luis Checa, freshman – Forward
 
NJCAA All-Region 24 Division I Honorable Mention:
               Connor Carnduff, freshman – Midfielder
               Seamus Kaminski, freshman – Midfielder
               Stuart Mitchell, sophomore – Forward
 
NJCAA All-Region 24 Defensive Player of the Year:
               Filip Pavisic, freshman
