The Logger Volleyball team fell two places to #7 in the national poll during a week where they played no matches.  "That's to be expected,"  Coach Dietz said.  "When you are off and other teams are playing and winning, you get passed.  Polls are a lot of what have you done for me lately?"

The Loggers will look to move up again in the final week of the regular season, playing #3 and undefeated Moraine Valley CC on Friday night as well as Kankakee CC on Saturday.  Both opponents will be hosting their 'sophomore nights' adding to the challenge for the 27-5 Loggers.

In additional news, LLCC is the 1-seed for the Region XXIV payoffs, a first for the volleyball program.  LLCC will begin the post-season with a home match next Wednesday against the 8-seed, Danville CC.
