Elizabeth, “Liz” is currently in her 2nd year with Lincoln Land Community College covering all 6 athletic programs. A graduate of The University of Missouri-Columbia, she worked as a student athletic trainer. She went on to receive a Masters in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Professionally, Liz, worked in Texas covering athletics from High school to D1 Sports for 2 years before she moved on in her career and worked at Missouri S&T, a D2 college covering all 13 athletic programs over the 5 years she was there.
Moving to Springfield she became the sole Athletic Trainer at Sacred Heart Griffin High School for 8.5 years. Over those year she helped athletes succeed to State Competition in Softball, Baseball, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Basketball, Football and individual athletes in track and field. Successfully brought home 2 State Championships in Men’s Basketball 3A and Football 4A.
Liz is an Athletic Trainer for Springfield Clinic Sports Medicine working directly and along side the area’s top orthopedic surgeons, doctors and other athletic trainers. Working in clinic settings and on the sideline with orthopedic doctors daily, helping athletes perform at the best they can.
Liz lives in Springifeld with husband, Crawford and her 2 beautiful children Caledonia and Alexander.
