Drew comes to campus with a very impressive coaching and playing background. Drew has coached in the NAIA as a Head Men's and Women's Soccer Coach and as a Head Women's Coach at the NCAA Division III level. He has also served as a full time coach and Director of Coaching at various clubs in the Chicago area. Currently Drew serves as the Director of Coaching for the SASA Spirits, a title he has held since 2013. Additionally, Lenhardt has been a Head Coach of the Illinois ODP, the Director of Girls for Central Illinois United and was the National President Cup Champion U-14 Girls Coach for the Springfield Area Soccer Association. Drew's Coaching qualifications include a License Candidate for USSF A, a USSF B and C license and a US Youth Soccer National Youth license recipient. He has been awarded Diplomas in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Master Coach and Soccer Leadership Program and the Director of Coaching Diploma and Premier Diploma. As a player Lenhardt played at Cary Grove High School earning All Sectional and All state accolades. He then went on to play at Indiana University Purdue University at Fort Wayne (IPFW) before transferring to McHenry County Community College where he was awarded the Skyway Conference Player of the Year and as a 2nd Team All American. He finished his playing days at Saint Xavier University where he was a 1st team All Conference member of the CCAC as well as Player of the Year, Region Player of the Year Runner Up and a NAIA All American. Educationally drew earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Xavier University with a minor in Secondary Education. He also has a Masters Degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Sports Management and Athletic Administration and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Delaware in the Master Coach and Soccer Leadership program. Drew resides in Chatham Illinois with his wife Daysi and his son DJ.
