Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Adi is a 2024 graduate of Pleasant Plains High School and was a four-year member of the soccer, volleyball, and basketball teams. During her freshman and sophomore years, Adi was named to the 2nd team Sangamon All-Conference. In her sophomore year, she was also selected for the All-Sectional team. During her junior year, Adi earned a spot on the All-Academic team. In both her junior and senior years, she achieved 1st team All-Conference (Sangamon) and All-Sectional honors. Throughout high school, Adi received several awards off the field, including induction into the National Honor Society, the English 231 Award, the Good Citizen Award, the DAR Good Citizen Award, the Booster Club Senior Leadership Award, and the Pleasant Plains Education Award. She also played club soccer for the SASA Spirits. In her freshman year at Lincoln Land, Adi made All-Conference and was 1^st Team Academic All-American. Adi’s future plans include attending university to pursue a degree in communication science and disorders. She is the daughter of Kelly and Timothy Fraase.
