Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Adi is a 2024 graduate of Pleasant Plains High School. She was a four-year member of the soccer, volleyball, and basketball teams. During her freshman and sophomore years, Adi was named 2nd team Sangamon All-Conference. In her sophomore year, she was also selected for the All-Sectional team. During her junior year, Adi earned a place on the All-Academic team. In both her junior and senior years, she achieved 1st team All-Conference (Sangamon) and All-Sectional honors. Throughout high school, she received several awards off the field including the National Honor Society, English 231 Award, Good Citizen Award, DAR Good Citizen Award, Booster Club Senior Leadership Award, and Pleasant Plains Education Award. Adi played her club soccer for the SASA Spirits. Her future plans include attending university to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy. She is the daughter of Kelly and Timothy Fraase.
