Shaye graduated from PORTA High School in Petersburg, Illinois in 2018. Shaye was awarded the team MVP (2016-2018). She was named to the Sangamo All-Conference Team all four years of high school and the All-State team her senior year. She also received the Offensive Award (2015-2018). Shaye plans to continue her softball career at a four year university and hopes to one day become an FBI Agent.
