Rachel graduated from East Richland High School in 2013. She was a first team All-Conference pick and named to the Decatur Herald and Review All-Area team for softball all four years of her high school career. Her senior year, she was chosen as a member of the All-Conference teams in three sports – softball, basketball and volleyball. Rachel holds the #15 record for home runs in the Illinois High School Association records.

After graduating from LLCC, she hopes to play softball while continuing her education at a four year university. Her favorite sports teams are the Denver Broncos, Indianapolis Colts and St. Louis Cardinals.
