Lauren is a 2012 graduate of Glenwood High School. While at GHS, she beat the school record for most runs scored in a season (52 runs). She was named to the CS8 All-Conference team (2 years) and the CS8 Academic All-Conference team (3 years). She was chosen as the Offensive Most Valuable Player in the 2012 State Journal-Register All-Star softball game. She also played in the Senior Super 60 tournament in East Peoria. Lauren earned 2013 Academic All-Conference honors as a college freshman. She was selected 2013 MWAC All-Conference – second team as an outfielder.
Lauren plans to become a registered dietician. Her favorite sports teams are the Indianapolis Colts and the St. Louis Cardinals.
