Sam is a 2013 graduate of Lone Oak high school in Paducah, KY. During high school he was named to the All-State team and Region 1 Player of the Year. His sophomore, junior and senior year he was named to the All Region team. He was named All District each year. Sam would like to continue playing for a Division I school and attend law school. His favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves.
