Ben is a 2013 graduate of St. Anthony’s in Effingham. During high school, he was named All-Conference four times, named the Conference MVP twice and was named All State twice. In 2012, the baseball team won the state championship. He was named IHSA Player of the Year in 2012. Ben was a 31st round major league baseball draft pick in 2013. He would like to continue his baseball career after LLCC. His favorite sports team is the St Louis Cardinals.
