Game 1 - Patterson A Difficult Out As Lincoln Land Loggers Defeat Danville Area CC

Camryn Patterson collected three hits in four at bats, as Lincoln Land Loggers defeated Danville Area CC 11-3 on Monday at LLCC. Camryn Patterson doubled in the sixth inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and singled in the fourth inning. Camryn Patterson, Sam Gleckler, and Abby Hendricks at the bottom of Lincoln Land Loggers's lineup combined for seven of the team's 14 hits in their victory. They scored four runs and drove in six.
Danville Area CC opened the scoring in the first after M Gonski grounded out, scoring one run. Lincoln Land Loggers took the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the first thanks to singles by Shelby Finchum, and Abby Hendricks.
Faith Nestler earned the win for Lincoln Land Loggers. The hurler allowed seven hits and three runs (two earned) over six innings, striking out four and walking one. Game 2 - Lincoln Land Loggers Lead Slips In Loss To Danville Area CC

Lincoln Land Loggers stayed in it until the end, but Danville Area CC pulled away late in a 12-10 victory on Saturday at LLCC. The game was tied at 10 in the top of the sixth when Ella Myers homered to left field, scoring two runs. Despite the loss, Lincoln Land Loggers did collect 14 hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Danville Area CC had nine hits on the way to victory.
A single by Shelby Finchum put Lincoln Land Loggers on the board in the bottom of the first. Chole Hunt grounded into a double play, which helped Danville Area CC tie the game at one in the top of the third.
Lincoln Land Loggers took the lead in the bottom of the third inning after Shelby Finchum doubled to center field, and Emmy Renfro singled to center field, each scoring one run. Danville Area CC flipped the game on its head in the top of the fourth, scoring nine runs on six hits to take the lead, 10-3. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Chole Hunt that drove in three.
Lincoln Land Loggers scored seven runs on six hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. Shelby Finchum singled, scoring one run, Ryleigh Davidson hit a grand slam to center field, Abby Hendricks singled, scoring one run, and Camryn Patterson grounded out, scoring one run.
