The Lincoln Land Loggers Women's Soccer team took on Lincon Trail's Lady Statemens (NJCAA D1) today in Robinson, IL.  The Loggers started the game off organized and battled through the first half. The Loggers allowed two goals in the first half. The first goal came in the 24th minute from a miscommunication from the Loggers defense and the second goal just before the halftime whistle on an attempted clear that Lincoln Trail found and finished at the 44th minute. 

The Lincoln Trail Lady Statesman came out in the second half and immediately found another goal in the 46th minute. The Loggers struggled to get the ball to their offensive side of the field and the Statesman capitalized by adding 5 more goals to end the match 8-0. 

Loggers take on Mineral Area College Wednesday September 20th, at Park Hills, Missouri.
