Box Score GAME ONE - Lincoln Land Loggers Claims Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat John Wood CC
Lincoln Land Loggers took the lead late in the game in a 4-2 victory over John Wood CC on Wednesday. The game was tied at two with Lincoln Land Loggers batting in the bottom of the sixth when Courtney Keller doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
In the first inning, John Wood CC got their offense started. John Wood CC scored one run when Jaelyn Wood singled.
Lincoln Land Loggers evened things up at two in the bottom of the fifth inning.  Madie Simsdoubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. Jacey Nall was the winning pitcher for Lincoln Land Loggers. She surrendered two runs on three hits over seven innings, striking out seven.  Nall recorded the last 21 outs to earn the save for Lincoln Land Loggers. McKenzie Hall took the loss for John Wood CC. She lasted six innings, allowing 13 hits and four runs.

GAME TWO - Lincoln Land Loggers Takes The Win Over John Wood CC
Lincoln Land Loggers defeated John Wood CC 9-4 on Wednesday.
Lincoln Land Loggers captured the lead in the first inning.  Katie Jarrett singled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs. Lincoln Land Loggers took the lead for good with six runs in the third inning. In the third Shaye Virgin singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, Mackenzie Wagner doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs, Hailey Patrick singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, Madie Simssingled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and Lincoln Land Loggers scored one run on a stolen base.
Alyssa DeSpain earned the win for Lincoln Land Loggers. She went five innings, allowing four runs on eight hits, striking out two and walking one.  Kari Sarhage threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Tatum Rodriquez took the loss for John Wood CC. She allowed ten hits and nine runs over three innings, striking out one.
Lincoln Land Loggers had 13 hits in the game.  Virgin, Sims, Patrick, and Sarhage each collected multiple hits for Lincoln Land Loggers.  Virgin went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Lincoln Land Loggers in hits.
John Wood CC totaled ten hits in the game.  Mallory Novack, Bailee Kindhart, and Emma Taylor all managed multiple hits for John Wood CC. John Wood CC didn't commit a single error in the field. Novack had the most chances in the field with five.
