GAME ONE - Lincoln Land Loggers Falls To Seminole State CC In Low-Scoring Affair

Both teams were strong on the rubber on Tuesday, but Seminole State CC was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over Lincoln Land Loggers on Tuesday. Jacey Nallstarted the game for Lincoln Land Loggers and recorded 18 outs.

One bright spot for Lincoln Land Loggers was a single by Kourtney Zobrist in the third inning.

Samantha Guider led the Seminole State CC to victory in the circle. She surrendered zero runs on four hits over seven innings, striking out five and walking one.

GAME TWO - Lincoln Land Loggers Can't Catch Up To Seminole State CC

Lincoln Land Loggers fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 8-0 loss to Seminole State CC on Tuesday. Seminole State CC took the lead on a single in the first inning.

The Lincoln Land Loggers struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Seminole State CC, giving up eight runs.

Seminole State CC got things moving in the first inning, when Chloe French singled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.

A single by Katie Weller in the fifth inning was a positive for Lincoln Land Loggers.

Marissa Adame earned the win for Seminole State CC. She surrendered zero runs on one hit over five innings, striking out four and walking zero.

Alyssa DeSpain took the loss for Lincoln Land Loggers. She surrendered six runs on eight hits over one and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one.

Weller went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead Lincoln Land Loggers in hits.  Lincoln Land Loggerswas sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Shaye Virgin made the most plays with five.

Seminole State CC had 12 hits in the game.  Breanna LaClair, Taylor Langworthy, Kelsi Smith, and French all managed multiple hits for Seminole State CC. Seminole State CC didn't commit a single error in the field. LaClair had the most chances in the field with four.
