John Wood - 85

The Lincoln Land men's basketball team lost their first conference game of the season, falling to John Wood 85-46. 

Although the Loggers did not play their best half, they went into the halftime break feeling alright trailing only 32-28. However the only story of the night was the second half. John Wood started the half on a quick 6-0 run after back to back threes and forced a quick timeout for LLCC. Lincoln Land got a bucket off of the timeout, but the wheels completely came off as John Wood rattled off 26 straight points and took a 62-30 lead. In the second half the Loggers were out scored 53-18 on the way to the loss. 

No Logger got to double digits for the first time time since November. Freshman Benji Eaker led the way with 9 points. 

Lincoln Land falls to 3-16 on the season and 0-1 in MWAC play.
