LLCC softball win two at South Florida State, 6-3 and 9-0 on their first day in Florida.

Sophomore Jordan Karat went the distance in game one allowing 3 runs on  7 hits and 5 Ks.  Ashton Dyche was 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs and Katelyn Presley was 3 for 3 as LLCC collected 9 hits in game one.

Bri Graham was stellar in game two, throwing a 2 hit shutout. Graham struck out 2 batters while walking two.  LLCC collected 13 hits in game 2.  Ashton Dyche was 3-4, with 2 runs scored. Maggie Comerford went 3-4 with a home run and 3 RBIs.  Katie McLean was 2-4 with a double and 1 run scored along with Kelsie Allen who was 2 for 4.

"I was extremely pleased with the way we opened," stated Coach John Marsaglia.  "Pitching was very good, but our hitting was awesome."
