Starting pitcher Morgan Mansur picked up the loss and was relieved in the 4th inning by freshman Bri Graham. Graham held the Cobras scoreless from that point on. "Morgan (Mansur) was in control and should have been out of the inning with no runs scored in the 2nd inning," stated Coach Marsaglia. Only one of the four runs scored off of Mansur was earned. "Bri Graham came in and did her job. She kept them off base and allowed only 1 hit in her 4 innings of work, including 4 Ks with no walks." LLCC scored 3 runs in the 6th inning after 3 errors by Parkland. Taylen Balding had a sacrifice fly, driving in Anna Walschleger. With two outs, Cindy Garces scored on a misplayed fly ball to right.
