The Lady Loggers defeated the Lynx from Lincoln College 12-0 and 7-1 in a double-header at Lincoln. Anna Walschleger and Rachel Wisner led the Logger offense in game one. Walschleger was 3-for-4 and 2 stolen bases. Wisner was 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs including a two run homerun to left center. Courtney Reeves and Rachel Hastings each added two hits in the first win. Sadie Mosher (11-5) struck out 9 batters in the 8 run ruled shortened game. Mosher shutout the Lynx allowing 3 hits and 2 walks.
Hayle Long, now 15-3 continued to be impressive on the mound as she struck out 9 hitters in her 7 innings of work in game two. Long gave up 1 run (unearned) on 3 hits and 2 walks. The Loggers scored 7 runs on 13 hits in the big conference win. Sadie Mosher and Alex Hamm were both 3-for-4 in the game. Rachel Hastings and Miranda Esperum were also 2-for-4 for the Loggers. Lindsay Floyd hit 2 run homerun in the 5th.
