The Loggers defeated Parkland 12-3 and 10-0 in the best of a MWAC four game set scheduled for this weekend.  LLCC produced 19 hits in game one and 2 home runs.  Anna Walschlegger was 4-for-4 with 1 RBI.   Rachel Wisner was 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs and a homerun.  Sadie Mosher and Cindy Garces had 3 hits each as well.  Miranda Esperum was 1-for-2 with Sac Bunt and 2 run home run.  Sadie Mosher (10-5) was the winning pitcher.  Mosher went all 5 innings (shortened by 8 run rule) allowing 3 runs (1 earned) on 5 hits and 8 strikeouts.

Hayley Long leads conference with 101 Ks.

Hayley Long (12-3) posted her first no-hit shutout in game two of the double-header.  The only Parkland hitter to reach base was on a walk.  Long struck out 7 in the big conference victory.  LLCC scored 10 runs on 6 hits. Rachel Wisner hit her second homerun (3 run HR) of the day in the top of the first inning to put the Loggers on top 4-0.  Anna Walschleger was 2-for-4 in game two.  Madison Ohnesore was 1-for-3 with double and RBI.
