Loggers split with 6th ranked Illinois Central College, losing game one 2-1 and winning game two 6-3.  Erica Phillips was the winning pitcher for ICC. Courtney Reeves led the Loggers going 2-for-3 and producing the only RBI for LLCC.  Sadie Mosher (7-5) was the losing pitcher for the Loggers. Mosher allowed 2 runs (1 earned) on 7 hits and 5 Ks. 

Game two, the Loggers were more productive at the plate, scoring 6 runs on 8 hits. Anna Walschleger was 2-for-3 with a double.  Sadie Mosher was 2-for-4 with 1 RBI.  Courtney Reeves had hot bat in game two, going 2-for-4 and a solo homerun in the 7th.  First baseman Rachel Hastings was 1-for-2 with two walks and a big grandslam in the 4th inning to put the Loggers out in front 5-1.  Hayley Long (8-3) was the winning pitcher.

9th ranked Loggers are now 20-10 on the year and are scheduled to play Heartland Community College this Friday and Saturday.
