The Loggers traveled to Parkland for a doubleheader in a M-WAC matchup. Lincoln Land won game one 2-1 and 13-4 in the second game. Laura Bonds led the Loggers going 3-for-4 (2B, 3B) and scoring both Logger runs. Torey Sorensen (2-for-3) was the only other Logger with multiple hits in the game. The Loggers scored 1 run in the 3rd inning and their 2nd run in the 5th inning. With two outs, Bonds hit a triple to right field. Kayla Jacobs drove Bonds in on an infield hit. Katie Lange (W, 8-1) was superb again on the mound. Lange allowed 1 run as she scattered 6 hits with 3 strike outs.
Game two - LLCC won 13-4 on 11 hits and 4 Parkland errors. The Loggers scored 6 runs in the 2nd inning on just 4 hits. With 1 out in the 3rd inning, LLCC third baseman hit a solo home run to left to take the lead 7-0. Parkland answered with 3 runs in the bottom of the inning. LLCC responded with 4 runs in the 4th inning 3 hits and 2 run home run by Torey Sorensen. The Cobras managed 1 run in the bottom half cutting the Logger lead to 11-4. LLCC scored two more runs in the 5th and Sadie Mosher (W, 7-2) held the Cobras scoreless in their half to end the game by the 8 run rule. Mosher went 5 innings allowing 8 hits and striking out 7 Cobra hitters. Laura Bonds led the Loggers offensively, going 2-for-4 (2 runs, 2 RBIs). Lauren Windisch, Kayla Jacobs and Rachel Wisner each added 2 hits.
