LLCC beat Illinois College JV at Lenz Field in Jacksonville 13-10.   Illinois College Blue Boys score one in the 1st inning and one again in the 3rd before the Loggers responded six runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning. The Blue Boys responded and tied the game 7-7 in the top half of the 6^th inning. The Loggers scored 7 more runs to hold on to the victory 13-10.
 
Cory Fanning was 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI.  First baseman Ridge Ackerman went 3-for-4 with 3 RBI.  Fanning had a double and a triple in his two hits.  The Loggers used 7 pitchers in the win.  Logan Faber started and went 2 innings before being lifted by a host of Logger pitchers.  Nick Lampen (2-0 record) picked up the win in relief and Dan Reiser secured his 5^th save of the season.
 
The Loggers are now 18-8 for the year.
