th on a double to right field. The Loggers failed to score in the 7
th leaving 2 runners stranded on base. Kayla Jacobs was 1-for-3 with a double. Melinda Wilson, Chantel Jennings, Stephanie Watkins, and Torey Sorensen contributed 1 hit each. Claire Dubree (1-3) was the losing pitcher for the losing pitcher for the Lady Loggers. She went 6 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits.
Game 2, the Lady Loggers lost 6-1, scoring their only run in the 4
th inning on a base hit RBI by Jaimey Watrous, who went 2-for-3 at the plate. Kayla Jacobs was 2-for-3 while Payton Billups went 1-for-3, with a Double. Starter Katie Lange (2-3) picked up the loss going 4 innings, allowing 3 runs on 9 hits. Morgan Smith completed 2 innings allowing 3 runs (2 earned) giving up 4 hits and striking out 5 batters.
