Lincoln Land's men's basketball team hit the road Thursday night to face Eureka College's JV in Eureka.
The Loggers raced out to a big lead early and never looked back. The Loggers shot 55% from the field and shot 8/19 from behind the arc. Xavier Wells put in 11 points to pace the Loggers who saw nearly every Logger who saw action score. Lincoln Land dominated the game in nearly every category. The Loggers out rebounded the Red Devils 31-19 while dishing out a season high 20 assists. The Loggers walked away with a 74-35 victory.
"We have lost four in a row and this was a great game because we played hard and saw the ball go in the basket. Hopefully, we see this continue once we get back on the floor next week," Coach Chad Jones commented after the game.
The Loggers improved to 13-9 and look to next week's match up against Parkland College
