Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Wilbert was an outstanding competitor in indoor track in the college’s twenty five year history.  Wilbert was the 1974 national champion and All American in the 440 with a record setting time of 46.9 seconds.  He was a member of the 1974 team that finished third in the nation at the NJCAA Track and Field competition.  He ran the anchor leg of the one-mile relay team that finished second in the nation in 1974.
