Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Libby competed in both volleyball and softball. She was named Most Valuable Player on the volleyball team in 1978 and Most Valuable Player in softball in 1979.  She was also selected as a recipient of the Log Award for outstanding scholarship.  After transferring to Eastern Illinois University, she completed her undergraduate degree in health and physical education while competing in that school’s softball program.  She currently teaches and coaches softball at Pleasant Plains Middle School.
