Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Jim was a premier runner. He participated in seven National Championship Meets and was named All American twice for cross country and track. He competed in a number of regional championships and received many honors in 1978-1979.  He was named Most Valuable Player and Athlete of the Year in cross country and track. He participated two years at Eastern Illinois University. He currently is pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Tennessee.
