Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

AP played on the Lincoln Land Community College volleyball team that was ranked third in the nation in 1978.  She was selected as NJCAA All Conference and All State in volleyball and softball in 1977.  She was named Athlete of the Year in 1977.  After transferring to Eastern Illinois University and completing her undergraduate degree, she coached volleyball for four years in the Auburn school system.  During that time, she took teams to regional titles and also earned a state title.  She has continued her distinguished career as the assistant volleyball coach at Regis University in Denver and the University of Northern Colorado.
