Geza Ehrentreu – Cross Country 1973-1974 and Track 1974-1975
Ehrentreu earned cross country Central Illinois Athletic Conference (CIAC) All-Conference and NJCAA Region IV All-Region selections while running on national meet qualifying teams in 1973 and 1974. He served as captain of the 1974 cross country team. Ehrentreu competed in two seasons of track at Valdosta State University. He continued in both sports qualifying for two events in NCAA National Track in 1976. Ehrentreu has received many honors during his 40-year affiliation with IHSA cross country/track including National Federation/IHSA Official of the Year four times.
